By using the savings that he had built up throughout his years of life, he was able to buy a plot of land in Riyadh, which he then used as collateral to obtain a loan from the bank – to build a hospital. Dr. Abdul-Rahman Mishari Hospital was inaugurated by the Governor of Riyadh Region His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in 1987.
