Planning
No project can be successful without a thorough understanding of the clients’ needs, market, and philosophy. Our consultants first work with clients to identify their requirements, key elements of the position, external contacts and more. Following this, a list of candidates' profiles is scouted and prepared.
Identify and assess
Within our chosen markets, we have a good understanding of the main companies and personnel. A list of potential target companies, positions, and candidates is prepared. Then search for candidates begins based on agreed-upon criteria. Throughout this period, regular feedback and reports are sent to the clients for review. After approval, candidates are interviewed, assessed, and briefed before being shortlisted.
Assignment completion Our consultants remain part of the process until the selected candidates join the client. We also regularly follow up to ensure everything is going smoothly. In the unlikely event of a problem, we remain committed to its resolution and clients’ satisfaction.
